Ladies, if you are looking for a safe place to exercise where you will be physically challenged, experience great fellowship, and exercise to uplifting Christian music, then this is the program for you. Body & Soul is where “faith and fitness meet.” Workouts are appropriate for different fitness levels and utilize two instructors to show a visual for these levels. Body and Soul instructors are required to be certified within their first year of teaching and to attend workshops for continuing education credits.
Programming consists of:
Cardio/Strength, Power Strength, Boot Camp, Dance Blast, Strength/Flexibility, and Basic and Beyond
Come and enjoy a great, safe and effective workout set to contemporary Christian music.
We offer cardio-strength-flexibility classes here at SHBC each semester.
Schedule: M & Th, 6:15 pm -7:15 pm, in the Fellowship Hall
Fall Session at Surrey Hills Baptist Church
2 for 1 special: Bring a friend who is new to Body & Soul Fall Session and the two of you will exercise for the price of one.
The Winter Session begins August 22nd and is for 5 weeks.
Cardio-strength classes are Monday and Thursday, 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. The price is $45.00 for two sessions per week or $22.50 for one session per week.

CARDIO, STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY CLASS
Q. Am I fit enough to do this class?
A. There is one instructor in this class who will be showing different levels. The class fits a wide range of abilities.
A. A bottle of water, a set of weights, elastic resistance (instructors will have bands that can be purchased). A mat is optional on the carpeted floor.
