Cardio-Strength & Flexibility (Women Only)

Beginning August 23, 2010

2-for-1 Special Pricing -  If you are currently a Body & Soul student and you bring someone who has never participated in Body & Soul or someone who has not participated in the last year, both you and your guest can exercise for 1/2 price. 

This 10-week session of Cardio-Strength and Flexibility (Pilates) will be for WOMEN ONLYThe classes will be held at the church on Monday and Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:15 pm for 10 consecutive weeks.

 
Cost?

Following is the tuition for the fall session. There is an age discount for participants under the age of 16 and over the age of 60.  This price is noted in the parentheses below.  (NOTE:  The age discount cannot be given for the 2-for-1 special since a discount is already being applied.)

2 classes/week - $87.50 ($78.80)
1 class/week - $48.80 ($44.00)

2-for-1 discount. This is for any current or new student who brings someone with them who is new to Body & Soul.


2 classes/week - $43.80

1 class/week - $26.90 

There is a 10% discount for girls 16 and younger and for women 60 and older

Payment is due during the first session.

You will also need to purchase a pilates mat and two 3-5 pound hand weights.
 
Students must be 9 years old and up.

Body & Soul FAQ's

CARDIO, STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY CLASS

Q.    Am I fit enough to do this class?

A.    There are 2 instructors in this class who will be showing different levels.  The class fits a wide range of abilities.
 

Q.    What do I need to bring to class?

A.    A bottle of water, a set of weights, elastic resistance (instructors will have bands that can be purchased).  A mat is optional on the carpeted floor.
