CARDIO, STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY CLASS
Q. Am I fit enough to do this class?
A. There are 2 instructors in this class who will be showing different levels. The class fits a wide range of abilities.
Q. What do I need to bring to class?
A. A bottle of water, a set of weights, elastic resistance (instructors will have bands that can be purchased). A mat is optional on the carpeted floor.
