Student ministry opportunities for those in the 6th -12th grades.

We offer many ongoing as well as special activities for students to grow together and learn how much God loves them.   

   Surrey Hills Baptist Church Student Ministry

Important Dates:

Join us at 9:15 a.m. each Sunday morning for a small group time with students in the same age groups. These classes are a great opportunity to learn together what the Bible says about living as a Christian teenager.

The classes are for:

Middle School Boys taught by Tim Perdue
Middle School Girls taught by Julie Perdue
High School Boys taught by Tyler Huffman
Co-ed High School taught by Serena Braudrick

Join us every Wednesday night for fellowship, worship and Bible study -- a fun and cool place to be a teenager. A lot of friend time with a focus on God’s word!

Youth ministry leadership opportunities

Sunday morning and Wednesday evening:

• Discussion leader/small group teacher
• Technical assistance (audio/video)
• Greeting team and attendance recording
• Chaperone special events
• Buy/make food for special events
• Drive for activities
• Volunteer home for special events and/or Bible studies
